As a registered collector you get four coin lists for your portfolio by default. Three of them is for your collection, trade and wish lists. The forth one is a clipboard list, visible to you only, that you can for manipulating your other lists. You are also able to create your own coin lists. For example you can create a reservation list before each of your trade, to where you can move coin entriess from your trade list to.
To manage your coin portfolio, you must be logged in. You can access your coin lists by your personal menu.
Note that all changes described here are instantaneous, which means you do not have to save your changes ever.
You can edit your coin lists on your coin portfolio page.
To create a coin list, select the create action from the actions menu. On the appearing form you can enter a name, set the list to public or private and give a short description for the coin list. After submitting, the new coin list will appear on your portfolio page.
To edit a coin list, click on the action icon next to the coin list and select "Edit list". On the appearing form you can change the name, the privacy and the description of the coin list. After submitting, the coin list will be updated on your portfolio page.
To delete a coin list, click on the action icon next to the coin list and select "Delete list". After confirming, the coin list will disappear from your portfolio. Note that you can only delete empty coin lists. If the coin list is not empty, you will first have to remove all coins from the list.
To manage catalog types in a coin list, you must go to the page of the coin list. However, adding catalog types is done from the catalog pages, or by importing your files.
Coin types can be added to your coin lists from the catalog pages. In order to do this, you must be logged in, and you must switch on coins management in the actions menu seen on catalog pages. When enabled, a control panel appears under each coin type of the catalog, giving instant access to your collection, trade, wish and clipboard coin lists. If the button for a list is green, it means that the coin type appears in your list, while a red button means the coin type is not in the list. Pressing the button will instantaneously add or delete the type to the list. Note that you can only delete a coin type that has no entries.

You can move coin types from one list to another. To do so, click anywhere on the coin type, and select the name of the coin list under "Move coin" from the appearing menu. After confirming, the coin type is moved to the new coin list. All entries of the coin type are also moved to the new coin list
You can also move all coin types with all entries to another list. To do so, select the appropriate action in the actions menu. After confirming, all coin types and entries are moved to the new coin list, rendering the current coin page empty.
You can delete a coin type from your list by clicking anywhere on the coin type, and selecting "Delete coin" from the appearing menu. After confirming, the coin type is deleted from the list. If the coin type had entries, those will also be deleted.
You can also delete all coin types with all entries from the catalog. To do this, click on the action icon next to the header of the coin list page, and select "Clear coin list".
You can add coin entries under each and every catalog type within a coin list, to represent your actual coins (its mint year, mint mark, quality, …)
To add a coin entry for a coin type, click on the coin type and select "Add entry" from the appearing menu. Then fill out the appearing form. For the mint year, you can select the appropriate calendar, the default being the Gregorian calendar, referred to as "Common Era" catalog. You can select one condition for the coin, or one condition for each side of the coin. The "private remarks" field will only be visible to you. Use the "location" field to help you find the coin, e.g. put the number of canister or box here. This field is also only visible to you. After filling the form, the entry will appear under the coin type. ?>
To move an entry to another list, click anywhere on the entry, and select the destination coin list under "Move entry" from the appearing menu. After confirming, the entry is moved to the new coin list. Note that ff the destination coin list did not have the appropriate coin type, it is automatically created.
To delete an entry, click anywhere on the entry, and select "Delete entry" from the appearing menu. After confirming, the entry will be deleted.
