Collectors of Numismaticon.com are able to store their coin portfolio online. A coin portfolio consists of coin lists. A collector has three coin lists by default: a collection list, a trade list and a wish list. Furthermore, collectors can create custom coin lists of their own choice. These lists can be set to private, in which case only the collector himself has access to those lists. For an example, have a look at my coins page.
A coin list contains a list of coin types from the catalog. From each coin type listed you can directly go to the catalog page discribing the coin, by following the link at the right side.
Each coin type can contain a number of entries, each representing actual coins, or sets of coins in the portfolio. The coin entry contains basic information on the coin, such as the mint year, mintmark and variety of the coin. It can also contain the grading of the coin as well as its trade price. Collectors can also add comments to each entry, further describing the coin, or stating trade conditions.
The coin portfolio of a collector can be reached from the profile page, following the "Coins" link. The portfolio page lists available coin lists. Click on the list to view coins within the list.
You are also able to export a coin list in an excel (.csv) format by clicking on the "export" link below the name of the coin list.
There is a separate guide page describing how you can manage your coin lists.
